1. Delivery costs (delivery is free from €45 and returns are at our expense in mainland France).
You will be notified by email of the proper consideration of your order as well as the shipment of your package with its tracking number in order to be able to follow the delivery.
Via Colissimo Domicile : €6 incl. VAT, free from purchases of €45. At home without signature, in 4/7 working days.
GERMANY, BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG
Via Colissimo Europe : €7 including tax, free from €65. At home with signature, in 5/8 working days.
REST OF EUROPE
Via Colissimo Europe : €12 including tax, free from purchases of €100. At home with signature, in 5/10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
REST OF THE WORLD + DOM TOM
Via Colissimo Expert International : €15 or €29 incl. VAT depending on the country, free from purchases of €200. At home with signature, in 4/10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR NO PRESENTATION
Via Colissimo: The Colissimo La Poste service comes only once. If you are absent, the package is deposited at the nearest post office and will be listed in your tracking.
2. Return costs (free under conditions)
Free returns within 30 days in France.
From the receipt of your package, you have 30 days to return the items to us. We are very responsive, you just send us a short message to the contact address: email@example.com
Stick the prepaid return label, which will then be sent to you by email, on your package or Hipli bag and drop it off at the post office of your choice!
The products must imperatively be returned in their original packaging (reconditioned as in their initial state) and be made new (accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation) to the address indicated by our services, accompanied by the delivery note, of which the buyer will keep a copy.
International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges may apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the package, the refund will be effective within 3 to 15 days. You will then receive a notification email. For size changes, it goes very quickly, we send you the right size as soon as we have the info.
