1. Delivery costs (delivery is free from €65 and returns are our responsibility in mainland France).

You will be notified by email of the successful receipt of your order as well as the dispatch of your package with its tracking number in order to be able to follow the delivery.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

• Via Colissimo Domicile : €6 incl. VAT, free from €65 purchase. At home without signature, in 4/7 working days.

GERMANY, BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG

• Via Colissimo Europe : €7 including tax, free from €65. At home with signature, in 5/8 working days.

REST OF EUROPE

• Via Colissimo Europe : €12 including tax, free from €100 purchase. At home with signature, in 5/10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

REST OF THE WORLD + DOM TOM

• Via Colissimo Expert International : €15 or €29 including tax depending on the country, free from €200 of purchase. At home with signature, in 4/10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

• USA: 15€

IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR NO PRESENTATION

• Via Colissimo: The Colissimo La Poste service is available only once. In case you are absent the package is dropped off at the nearest post office and will be included in your tracking.

2. Return costs (free under conditions)

Free returns within 30 days in France.

From receipt of your package, you have 30 days to return the items to us. We are responsive, just send us a short message to the contact address: hello@spiridon-store.com

Stick the prepaid return label, which will then be sent to you by email, on your Hipli package or bag and drop it off at the post office of your choice!

The products must be returned in their original packaging (reconditioned as in their initial state) and be returned new (accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation) to the address indicated by our services, accompanied by the delivery slip, of which the buyer will keep a copy.

International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees may apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the package, the refund will be effective within 3 to 15 days. You will then receive a notification email. For size changes, it goes very quickly, we will immediately send you the right size as soon as we have the information.
