INTERNSHIP – Digital Marketing and Content.

What characterizes SPIRIDON :

1/ It's an iconic heritage brand for all running enthusiasts. In the 1970s and 80s, the international magazine Spiridon campaigned to democratize running (and in particular to include women). Hundreds of thousands of people in Europe and the United States ran in Spiridon T-shirts to show their support for this movement, led by an incredible group of runner-poets-activists. We decided to revive this sleeping beauty in 2019. The operational launch took place at the end of 2020. Franck Tuil is leading the project with other partners from the world of outdoor sports (Sébastien and Gaëlle) and digital (Catherine).

2/ The SPIRIDON style comprises two permanent collections for men and women. One is drawn from our archives (from 1972 to 1989), and the other blends vintage and modern elements with a new collection identity. The focus is on technical running/trail and lifestyle collections made with recycled materials sourced within the EU. Positioned as a premium brand, we create all our designs in-house, from styling to pattern making, using materials that we source ourselves .

3/ We're fans of new online distribution models while also keeping an eye on selective distribution opportunities. The two aren't incompatible if the partners are well-chosen. We've opted for the B2C or B2B pre-order model to avoid overstocking. We want to stay far ahead (or far behind) fast fashion brands or startups that engage in greenwashing, Black Friday, endless promo codes, and sales every other day. This is a fully deliberate choice, not only between us but also with the brand's friends and our customers.

4/ Spiridon is committed to a worldview with a social and environmental focus. For these reasons, we produce our clothing in the European Union (from knitting to garment making) and visit our workshops regularly. Our materials are recycled. Our packaging is reusable.

Job description :

Spiridon is now a clothing designer, but we also have the legacy of all the historical Spiridon magazines, an inexhaustible source of content. Image and editorial content are very important. In this role, you will assist in the design, production, and publication of Spiridon's visual and written content on the website and social media.

Missions:

1/ Contents:

To propose creative concepts for upcoming campaigns.

Creation of the media content database (archives and shooting footage)

Create a production schedule and editorial calendar, prepare and adapt all visuals for publication on social media, website and communication (organic or paid)

Supporting content production (shooting, set design).

2/ Publication:

In line with the weekly editorial calendar, propose a grid of visuals and stories, reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and why not TikTok.

Suggest content ideas to develop for social media and the website.

Ensure the proper publication of assets and texts on social media.

Contribute to the publication of articles and campaign emails (newsletter)

3/ Fronts – site

Creation and publication of product pages, banners, and blog articles.

Creation of the magazine section on the website.

Launch of the English version of the site.

Job specifics:

Flex Office: 100% adaptable to the selected profile. An office in central Paris. Travel to Annecy for photo shoots and production meetings.
