Delivery and returns


1. Delivery costs (delivery is free from €65 and exchanges are at our expense in mainland France).

You will be notified by email that your order has been received and that your package has been shipped, along with its tracking number so that you can track the delivery.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

  • Via Colissimo Domicile : €3 incl. VAT, free for purchases over €65. Home delivery without signature required, within 4/7 business days.

GERMANY, BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG

  • Via Colissimo Europe : €5 incl. VAT, free for orders over €65. Home delivery with signature required, within 5-8 business days.

REST OF EUROPE

  • Via Colissimo Europe : €10 including tax, free for purchases over €100. Home delivery with signature required, within 5-10 business days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

REST OF THE WORLD + DOM TOM

  • Via Colissimo Expert International : €35 including tax depending on the country, free for purchases over €200. Home delivery with signature required, within 4-10 business days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

  • USA: €30

IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR NON-PRESENTATION

  • Via Colissimo: The La Poste Colissimo service only comes once. If you are absent, the package will be dropped off at the nearest post office and will be included in your tracking number.

2. Return costs (free for exchanges)

Returns within 14 days in France.

From the moment you receive your package, you have 14 days to return the items to us (except for accessories which cannot be returned due to transport costs).

Need a size or style exchange? Affix the prepaid return label, which will be sent to you by email - or in the new package - to your package and drop it off at the post office of your choice!

Cancellation within 14 days? Request a prepaid label, the Colissimo price of which will then be deducted from your total refund.

The products must be returned in their original packaging (reconditioned as in their initial condition) and returned new (accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation) to the address indicated by our services, accompanied by the delivery slip, of which the buyer will keep a copy.

International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of your package, your refund will be processed within 3 to 15 days. You'll then receive a notification email. Size changes are handled very quickly; we'll send you the correct size as soon as we receive the information.
