Delivery and returns


SHIPMENTS DAILY

1. Delivery costs (delivery is free from €65 and exchanges are at our expense in mainland France).

You will be notified by email that your order has been received and that your package has been shipped, along with its tracking number so that you can track the delivery.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

  • Via Colissimo Home Delivery : €5 including VAT, free for orders over €65. Delivered to your home without signature, in 4-7 business days.

GERMANY, BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG

  • Via Colissimo Europe : €8 including VAT, free for orders over €65. Home delivery with signature required, in 5-8 business days.

REST OF EUROPE

  • Via Colissimo Europe : €12 including VAT, free for orders over €100. Home delivery with signature required, in 5-10 business days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

REST OF THE WORLD + OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES

  • Via Colissimo Expert International : €35 including VAT depending on the country, free for orders over €200. Home delivery with signature required, in 4-10 business days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are covered by us.

  • USA: €30

IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR FAILURE TO APPEAR

  • Via Colissimo: The Colissimo service from La Poste makes a single delivery attempt. If you are not home, the package will be left at the nearest post office and will be recorded in your tracking information.

2. Return shipping costs (free for exchanges)

Returns accepted until the end of January for the holidays - for France

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 14 days (extended during the holidays) to return the items to us (except for accessories which are not returnable due to transport costs).

Need to exchange your item for a different size or model (excluding accessories)? Simply attach the prepaid return label, which will be emailed to you or included in the new package, to your parcel and drop it off at the post office of your choice!

Want to cancel within 14 days? Ask us for a prepaid label; the Colissimo price will then be deducted from your overall refund.

Products must be returned in their original packaging (repackaged as in their initial condition) and be returned in new condition (accompanied by all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation) to the address indicated by our services, accompanied by the delivery slip, of which the buyer will keep a copy.

International returns are at the customer's expense. Customs fees may apply and are also the customer's responsibility.

Upon receipt of the package, the refund will be processed within 3 to 15 days. You will then receive a notification email. For size exchanges, it's very quick; we'll send you the correct size as soon as we have the information.
